FSC-Certified Okoume
We source our Okoume logs exclusively from FSC-certified forests in Gabon. Every selected tree follows strict sustainability and legality protocols. Harvesting plans are approved by local forestry authorities and aligned with FSC environmental standards.FSC Traceability System
All harvested logs are transported to our factory under full traceability. Each log receives a barcode and FSC tracking number, which follows it throughout the production chain.
FSC Veneer Production
At our mill, logs are debarked and rotary-peeled into Okoume veneer sheets. Our equipment ensures uniform thickness and minimal waste, supporting sustainable processing.FSC-Compliant Drying
Each veneer sheet passes through a controlled drying system to reduce moisture and prepare for bonding. FSC procedures require batch-level monitoring and separation.
FSC-Productive Process
Our FSC-certified plywood is assembled using controlled veneer layers. Cold and hot pressing ensure optimal bonding. Only FSC-approved adhesives are used.FSC-Quality Monitoring
Before packaging, each sheet undergoes quality control for thickness, flatness, bonding, and finish. FSC tracking numbers are scanned and recorded for digital logs.
